I realized I totally update only when I have no life i.e. work and assignments. Well, at least one of it is done, for now. So how was my last day? Well, weeks before I asked my collegue whether the past interns did anything special and she told me, no. So, I thought, okay, I shall just go like the wind. Then yesterday, my other colleague told me the past interns brought them gifts namely, food. Worried. I got up in the morning, well, my mum got up in the morning, ordered nasi lemak and I only had to go pick it up. 15 nasi lemaks. Crazy shit. My car smelled of sambal the whole way to work. When I reached there, said colleague was all, ‘What?! You seriously bought them?!’

Curse her.

The architect I was under (I call him my boss but he’s not the boss of the company lawl) was surprised and was like, ‘You naughty girl! Go bully the intern!’ at my colleague who is actually his assistant. The other day my boss said we shall have a small feast but in the end, it was a lunch for only me! So he asked me what I wanted to eat and I JOKINGLY said sushi! His response was, ‘okay!’ and he dragged me off to this Japanese shop where he told me tales of his past and how he wa… rather than write it all up, let’s just say he resembled one of my coursemates. Anyway, the lunch is supposed to be hush hush between us but let’s just sum it all up as AWESOME. I may hate him but hell, I hate everyone and yet, love ‘em. And all in all, he spent like.. what, RM130+? So that’s like… RM65 per person? Whoa. And he was all ‘ORDER ANYTHING!’ and when I pointed to the RM40 set he was like ’sure!’. I guess I must be REALLY lucky. Now my colleagues call me Jon’s pet :(

So anyway, cause you know, I suck at photography yet having them in my computer feels like it has no purpose at all. you may see my horrible food photography. I am definitely improving from my first food photography though *coughkoreanABCcough*

Carbonara (Is it?) from Re:Lex cafe over at empire. It just hated me I swear to god. It’s like my second attempt at food photography. Along with a burger which I tried oh so hard to take pic of only to realize the trick was to get my friend to tilt the plate. Sadly, it was too late when I realized that and to be damned with photos the bloody burger was screaming for attention
